Marc obtained Master’s degrees in Law (2018) and Labour Law and Employment Relations (2020) from Tilburg University. Marc was sworn in as a lawyer in January 2022 and has been part of the employment law section of Fender Advocaten since 2024. Marc advises and litigates in all areas of employment law. He assists both employers and employees.
Clients appreciate Marc for his accessibility and pragmatic approach, among other things. He speaks plain language and always looks for practical solutions that allow clients to move forward.
Marc is a member of the Employment Law Association (VvA) and the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA).
