Anique is an experienced employment lawyer and joined our firm in 2021. Prior to that, she worked as a lawyer at a large law firm in the east of the country for over 11 years. Anique studied Dutch law at Tilburg University, which she completed cum laude.
Anique advises and assists both entrepreneurs and employees in all areas of employment law. Anique is a specialist in the field of disability and the WIA. She regularly litigates against the UWV. Furthermore, Anique has extensive experience in guiding reorganisation processes and mergers & acquisitions. Anique is involved with her clients, has a practical approach and an eye for creative solutions.
Anique has successfully completed the specialisation course in Employment Law at the University of Rotterdam. As an employment law specialist, Anique is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association.
